Ingredients-
  • Woodburns whisky - 60ml
  • Hot coffee - 90ml
  • Lavender Honey - 7ml
  • Condensed Milk Foam / Whipped Cream- To float
Method-

Add the whisky, coffee, & honey into the cup.
Float the milk foam over the top.

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns whisky - 50 ml
  • Hot Earl Grey Tea - 90 ml
  • Ginger Syrup - 5 ml
  • Bitters - 2 dashes
Method-

Add all the ingredients into the mug & stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice or a strip of ginger.

A Monsoon Breeze

A Monsoon Breeze

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 60 ml
  • Hot water - 300 ml
  • Honey - 30 ml
  • Lemon Juice - 60 ml
  • Lemongrass - 6 leaves
  • Jasmine Flower - 6 nos
  • Dried Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
  • Black Tea - 6 bags
Method-

Brew a glass of tea with all the ingredients except the whisky.
Pour the whisky into a wine glass & add the brewed tea.
Garnish with a Jasmine flower.

Classic Hot Toddy

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 45ml
  • Lemon Juice - 1.5tsp
  • Honey - 2tsp
  • Dried Clove - 3
  • Hot Water - 60ml
Method-

Pour all the ingredients into a warmed glass & stir.

Old Fashioned

Old Fashioned

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 60ml
  • Bitters- 3 dashes
  • Brown Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Orange peel- garnish
Method-

Add the sugar to the glass, then add 3 dashes of bitters. Add ice & stir for 30 seconds. Pour whisky & garnish with an orange peel.

Whisky Sour

Whisky Sour

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 60ml
  • Lemon Juice - 20ml
  • Sugar Syrup - 10ml
  • Egg White - 15ml
Method-

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker & shake. Add ice to shaken liquid & shake again. Fine strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Boulevardier

Boulevardier

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 45ml
  • Sweet Vermouth - 30ml
  • Italian Bitters - 30ml
Method-

Stir all the ingredients with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Manhattan

Manhattan

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 60ml
  • Sweet Vermouth - 12.5ml
  • Dry Vermouth - 12.5ml
  • Aromatic Bitters - 2 dashes
Method-

Stir all the ingredients with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Sundowner

Sundowner

Ingredients-
  • Woodburns Whisky - 45ml
  • Concentrated Black Tea - 30ml
  • Ginger Ale
Method-

Add ice, whisky, & tea to a highball glass. Top up with ginger ale.
